I found Rizk Law Injury Lawyers on Google after being involved in a serious car accident. I worked with Attorney Richard Rizk. The whole process was seamless and they handled all the negotiations with the insurance companies and medical care. The whole staff were there to answer me 24/7. He really cares about getting you a fair settlement. I would highly recommend them.

I began having issues with my own insurance company paying my bills on the personal injury protection portion of my claim from the hit and run accident. I have always paid my insurance on time and been with the same company fora long time. Their denials for paying did not even make sense. This kept delaying my getting further treatment for a nerve injury to my elbow which was causing issues with my ability to feel some of my fingers on my dominant left hand. Finally and thankfully Alex filed a lawsuit to try to get things moving so I could get treatment. Still they dragged their feet but Alex looked out for me the whole way along with Richard ensuring I would get all PIP I had paid for . It should never require them to have had to do this for a PIP portion but it finally worked and the company settled this so I could get by providers paid and move forward trying to find a solution for the nerve damage in my left arm. I am pleased to have had RizkLaw on my side with their knowledge of insurance claims and persona injury. They also understood how I was feeling and the emotional stress this was taking on me due to it being a hit and run and the issues with being left alone to wait for my husband to get there - then the police report having inaccurate information which Richard forced them to come and amend the report. I am so happy with how things have turned out and now trying to be able to find a solution for my arm without this weighing me down emotionally.
