After being deemed disabled by my primary and heart doctors with congestive heart failure as a result of a heart attack, I first tried to put a claim on my short and long term disability. Well that went no where on my own. I had been paying premiums to the insurance company for many years while I had been working. After many months of red tape and denials from the insurance company, I had to seek legal representation. I was referred to Richard Rizk by a family member as being the best in disability case law. Richard and his staff took the time and listened to my problems with the disabilities claim and explained all of the options I had in my case. From the very first meeting, I felt confident that Richard and his staff were the very best choice for the situation. Richard and his staff would keep me up-to-date on my case with frequent phone calls and emails so that I was totally in the loop on what was going on at all times. Richard told me not to worry about the claim that he would take care of everything. I would highly recommend Richard Rizk and his staff to others in dealing with disability cases if they were in the same situation. Richard and his staff are very compassionate in dealing with their clients in bringing a positive results to their clients cases. Because of Richard and his staff's difficult work, I now am receiving disabilities monies due to me. I can not thank Richard and his staff enough for helping me in my situation.

would not recommend. I was involved in an almost fatal car accident. Luckily, I walked away with minimal injuries that are still ongoing after 6 months. He was my lawyer, I picked him of every one, because I needed someone who was going to fight for my justice and make sure my pain and suffering was brought to attention. I never really spoke with him, but his assistant, he seemed to not care and was not looking in my best interest. After a couple months he told me "You have the facts right, but it would be hard to prove," he then resigned. Leaving me in more pain, heartache and frustration! Telling me I am right, which I knew, yet he would not help me any longer. To this day I suffer everyday from what I have loss because of my accident that was not my fault. I suffer mental and physical injuries that have an effect everyday. I would not recommend Richard for any car accident situation. He was more worried about his gain than helping someone who really needed it.
