This was my first use of any law firm services. I was referred by my Chiropractor and he had high regard for them. I was appointed with Nathaniel Woodrow. He was fantastic. He was personable, he allowed me to ask as many questions as I wished to understand the Workers Comp hearing process and he was very understanding of my physical state (Denied WC back injury). We were able to just about to reach a settlement when I found out he no longer worked there. That, to be frank, was frustrating. It took a bit for the firm to re-assign me another attorney and I was afraid all the work I had done with Nathaniel would have to be redone. But my fears were put rest when I found out that this type of situation happens and they have a protocol for it. Andrew stepped in and it didn't take long for him to get a handle on the case. He explained to me very well what was to happen next and assured me he was working on the settlement. It took a while for the insurance company to get back but after a little negotiation Andrew was able to get us a suitable settlement. Even though the hiccup with my first attorney happened they had the experience to take up where he left off and continue to settlement. I still choose to give them a 5 star review. Special shout out to Marissa who picks up the phone so professionally and kindly.
