I was referred to Nathaniel after being caught in the Almeda Fires in Medford, OR. I lost my mobile home and everything in it. The owner of the park told me I owed him $5,000 for debris removal, which I paid, but was not legally required to. He refused to return it. Nathaniel came to my rescue and got the $5,000 back for me. I have worked for attorneys and judges for 40 years. He is one of the most caring attorneys I have ever talked to. I cannot say enough good things about this good man. Complete embarrassment! Had a 1 pm appointment scheduled with an email verifying the appointment. Spent time filling out stacks of paperwork driving to the appointment with Emily. Only to have her stand in front of a woman, herself and another couple telling us we missed our appointment. When we explained we had email proof of our appointment, she dismissed us and took the other client back saying if we wanted to sit around and wait we could, but we missed our time. Their screw up not ours and we were blamed for missing an appointment as well as not seen. Already stressed front he accident to be embraced in front of a room full of people was just not okay. Our email had a verified time on it; we didn't miss anything that we were told about. After calling and talking to a manager, his response was these things happen. Avoid these people they do not care about you or your time.

Working with Chris Best and Kristine Jenkins was a pleasure. My car accident was a negative experience and it was a very difficult situation. They did a wonderful job of representing me to the nest of their ability. I was able to ask question and get some realistic answers with a time frame so I could make good decisions. I am pleased with the result. I was able to get all the medical care I needed and some compensation, even in the midst of this pandemic.
