Marc did an amazing job helping me resolve a very confusing and obscure wildlife crime I was involved with. At the end of the day he was able to bring my charges from a misdemeanor to a simple violation. I highly recommend Marc to anybody dealing with any wildlife infractions he is very passionate and knowledgeable about my case and the results speak for themselves.

I contacted Marc Gunn regarding a misdemeanor conviction on my record from 28 years ago (I was 18 at the time). This was a non-expungable offense. I explained to Marc, just as I had to so many others over the years, what happened and how I ultimately was convicted. Marc explained to me how this was a very unique situation and although he would love to help me, there was no provision in place to remove the misdemeanor from my record as this has never been done before. He assured me that this would be a long shot, but he would be willing to take on my case if this is what I chose to do. Marc stood up in court and fought for me and the unjust that occurred 28 years ago. For the first time in the history of the US court systems, the court agreed with his argument that this was a unique situation deserves consideration and ruled in my favor. Marc took on my case with the dedication to make the impossible...possible. What Marc did was a miracle. He believed in me, fought for me, and got justice for me that was long over do. My husband and I highly recommend Gunn and Gunn Attorneys at Law. We found ourselves in need of an attorney and are so glad we were referred to Marc. He was helpful when we didn’t understand, patient when we asked a million questions and very knowledgeable in the area of law we needed. We really enjoyed meeting his son who was brought in for extra research and Marc’s fees were less than the other two attorneys we considered.
