It has been almost 2 years and I am grateful I had the opportunity of starting my family law case with Katherine Denning. Unfortunately, my situation was incredibly high conflict and I started out without representation and restraining orders on both sides were approved with identical restrictions. After a consultation, Katherine helped with confidence and determination. Slowly that all unraveled as communicating became confusing and eventually I was working with Zach right before a seperate hearing relating to my childrens' home and possessions. When I had cried on the phone due to being overwhelmed I was dropped by Katherine with only 2 days left until a hearing took place. I was referred to another attorney/firm. I'll never forget trying to find a lawyer and requesting that the judge postpone the hearing. I represented myself at the hearing and although i didn't get the outcome i wanted, I am proud of myself for facing my abuser on the stand. His lawyer also messed up quite a bit and was less scary during the hearing. However, the judge had no sympathy that I was lawyerless in which I am getting very used to in the legal field. Overall, my ex' lawyer was agressive and unfortunately my replacement did not put in an effort at all. This is no fault of Litowich, however I do think attorneys should be willing to learn how to deal with victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault before taking on high conflict cases. It's reasonable for clients to be confused or emotional, however If you have a high conflict case that involves domestic abuse, do your best not to become emotional or look for a lawyer who is patient and experienced with domestic/sexual abuse survivors.

I will say, as father who hard and difficult case Ms. Litowich came through for me. I HAVE YET TO FIND ANOTHER CASE FOR CHILD SUPPORT THAT EVEN THOUGH THE MOTHER HAD CUSTODY SHE HAD TO PAY ME CHILD SUPPORT! GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LOOKING ELSEWHERE she has your back .

All pros and no cons for this service. The office staff is friendly and responsive, the online tools work accurately, clarity and transparency were paramount, and most importantly, my judicial outcome was fair and acceptable. I would recommend Zachary Gottlieb and his associates to family and friends.

Such a hurtful experience just talking to the paralegal. She wouldn't even let me schedule a consultation, but in no way did she answer why, in a legal explanation. Sure, she tried to tell me I would be committing fraud by doing things correctly through the court system and needing advice on some questions. Don't bother with this office, they're not really open to being helpful. She even mentioned their amazing reputation. I guess I'll be filing a complaint with the BAR on the attorney, since her paralegal is so awful.

Zachery Fisher, Michael, and the rest of their team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They we’re in communication with me throughout my case and we’re available whenever I had questions. Highly recommend

Having Zach Gottlieb as my lawyer was my best decision. He helped me get mostly what I was looking for through this divorce. He was understanding and helpful. Thank you Litowich law and Zach for helping me get through this.

It’s taken me a couple of months to write this review mostly because I’ve been trying to gather my thoughts on how much impact Katherine and Michael have had on our lives. Going through a custody dispute is not easy and not something I wish on other families. However, if you do find your in such situation, then I would highly recommend Katherine. She is patient, honest, and most importantly, she trust worthy. Our dispute took about two years. Katherine heard my concerns and fears at my darkest moments and was still very level headed. She never over promised anything but always gave me her best advice and was honest about all the pros and cons. I don’t think our family could have gone through this without her and Michael. I will always be grateful to them for validating our experiences and for not giving up on us.
