I feel so lucky! I've heard horror stories of people's divorces and dealing with their lawyers so was super apprehensive about hiring anyone. However, I contacted Litowich Law and spoke to Zachary and felt like it would be a good fit. He listened to me. He understood what I wanted and how I wanted this to happen as far as the tone of the divorce process. He may have disagreed with me on some issues, but we talked about them and he would explain the legalities of the issues, and we would come to an agreement. He was so supportive and real and very patient. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I never thought I would be in this situation but it was good to know Zach had my back!

UPDATE: The owner of the firm CALLED me about my review below. They are updating the intake form to be SURE that ceremonies are not missed. While we cannot correct what has been done, I feel like they took the time to really listen and then change to make sure this never happens again. I am very pleased Sarah reached out to make it right. I was amazed she took the time to really address my situation. I believe they are a firm that will work to make things right and that is what matters. I chose this office from a vendor attorney list with DHS. This is my 1st adoption of a child that's been in the system for over 12 years. Today I found out that the adoption was put through and signed by the judge and no ceremony was done because my attorney did not request it like I asked. Basically I became a legal parent for the 1st time TODAY and did not get to celebrate because they did not do their jobs and did not pay attention to my request for a ceremony. I do not recommend. They did not listen/ read my email, they just assumed no ceremony. Don't use them for DHS adoptions

Sarah is not just an attorney for her clients, she is also an advocate for justice and it shows through her compassion. Treating each individual as a person, baggage attached and all. I hired them for a child support case. Amy was great and attentive but everytime I talked to Sarah, she kept talking and wouldn't listen to what I have to say and kept telling me what she was going to do. Fast foward a few months and $4000 later, I was still not able to get a straight answer if how much child support would be. She even said to "not appear as a deadbeat dad." At that point I asked to stop work and get copies of my files to seek a second opinion. She then dropped me as a client then charged me for dropping her. I felt like she has a gender bias towards men.
