Mrs. Roberts asked us to write her a review after she just won my son's trial with the jury. It went on for 3 days but she and my son spent 9 months preparing for the trial. I won't state my son's name (just the 1st name Joshua) so I don't embarass him but Mrs. Roberts you know who he is anyway. This was in Northampton county. It was his 3rd DUI case but his 1st one was more than 10 years ago so it only counted as his 2nd case.My son didn't give his blood and he said he only had one beer when he was out with friends but then he rear-ended someone. He was insisting there was no way he was drunk for a dui case but of course no one believes you when you hit someone. SInce he didn't give his blood they were basing it off witnesses but then Mrs roberts got the camera footage and it showed my son as a young man looking pretty sober. So then police changed the story up a bit and came up with more "facts" claiming he did other things. Mrs roberts was able to show that one of those things wasn't true even though the other things were true and they still wouldn't drop the case so they ended up in a trial. It wasnt' cheap but it totally saved my son cause he wouldve lost his good job, gone to jail for at least 90 days and lost his license for at least a year and he has little kids to support. So we figured pay now for a lawyer and hope she can help or we all pay later when my son has a public defender instead of a lawyer and goes to jail and loses his job and we all have to pick up the pieces cause he's in jail. I didn't know mrs roberts before this case cause i never needed a criminal lawyer but a neighbor recommended her and we are so thankful that she didnt' give up fighting for my son. She will tell you the truth on if she can fight it and it will cost you to fight it all the way thru but totallly worth it for my son. Thanks again!

Secretary is highly rude and very disrespectful definitely will pursue my case elsewhere. She's not worth me getting upset and stressing over dont understand how she still have job.

He only helps those who can pay, and the innocent are not helped

this has been the worst service i have ever received in my life. I put my trust in her to handle a case not only did she take our money and did nothing she was very rude and nasty on demanding more money from us we never signed a contract with her so she basically stole our money and ended our services . we came in and spoke to her twice paid a lump that would normally get us further she spoke nasty as she had personal issues with the other party that was nothing but nice and understanding with us. she brought her personal issues to work and planted it to make us pay more she intimidated us in believing the gentleman was worst then he is she is a fraud and all about money never again. I'm highly upset about her way of representation. she was sweet and turned bitter quick.

Josh Karoly is the only lawyer I trust to “get it done”. On 3 separate occasions we needed his representation for cases that could have resulted in possible jail time. On all occasions Josh was able to get the charges reduced at the preliminary hearings and settle with only fines and probation. He is the attorney you want working for you. He goes the extra mile and keeps working until he achieves results that are fair and reasonable! BEST LAWYER EVER!

Do not even bother calling this place I was recommended here by my lawyer due to an auto accident that happened in PA, and although I had given all my information and was told my current lawyer that it was an open and shut cause we weren't even able to get an answer if they were going to help us or not. I reached out several times after the phone consult that we had on June 7th only to be told that he may have to confer with other lawyers or that he wasn't in the office. I would leave message with his impatient secretary who wouldn't even put me on the phone with him and made me doubtful that she was passing messages along at all. I found another lawyer and was able to sign paperwork the same day we spoke and he initiated filing process already. In short the lack of attention and effort made me not want to deal with this firm at all, don't waste your time because they don't get back to clients to even let them know that they can't take the case. I also called my lawyer who recommended them to tell him to not give his name to anyone else.

Great Lawyer. Always took care of me. Always was amazed at the results. I will always stick with him.
