Briana Gaumer was not my first attorney. I had hired two attorneys previously to handle my custody case, neither gaining any positive result, and, in fact, my situation as a father worsened exponentially over time, even with the representation I had. At the height of battle and during the worst of times, I started another new search for the representation my children and I desperately needed, and like a Godsend, I came across Briana Gaumer, who, from the start of our very first talk during consultation, took charge of this matter in a way no one else had. Neither of my former attorneys, nor any other I consulted, had the kind, intelligent, confident, understanding spark that Ms Gaumer exhibited during that initial consultation. Custody battles are emotionally charged experiences, and they're not easy to navigate with a cool head for most. My first positive impression of Matt Mobilio was during the process of interviewing lawyers for my pending divorce. I knew that he would be the best person to assist me.
