I would NEVER use Abele again, nor would I recommend him to anybody I know. Some of his poor detail work & complete lack of negotiating skills cost me a lot of money. He left me very vulnerable when it counted most.

I have worked with Abele on and off for a few years with various child support issues and he has always been very helpful and extremely honest with me. He is a genuinely nice person but can be a shark when you need him to be! I'd recommend both him and his partner to anyone going through a divorce or child custody/support issue.

You will not find better than Abele Iacobelli and his incredible staff and partner! Trust me, I've tried to hire an attorney with competence, patience, professionalism, courtesy, and tenacity, but NONE even came close to this man. I had nearly given up on my legal fight for peace, but I knew I had to keep a family member safe from harm. I'm Soooo very grateful to Attorney Iacobelli for his understanding and ability to foresee the hurdles, speedbumps and pitfalls that surfaced down the road. He was very much on top of things in my case, notifying me whenever he felt I needed to have a "heads up" on what my adversary was up to! During my 5-year struggle to end my family's nightmare, most of the other lawyers were more concerned with collecting fees and playing games with my life, sometimes even talking about my case with previous attorneys, inappropriately. Their office staff was sometimes rude, disrespectful and hostile, which added salt to the wounds of the custody battle. Not the case with Amanda in Mr. Iacobelli's office. She was the BEST office staff there could be, and that's extremely important when you're already feeling beat down by the family court system. Even when bad news came up, it was reassuring to hear it from someone you knew was on your side. My family and I are forever appreciative of the professional service of this lawyer and firm! before you hire ANYONE else, talk to Mr. Iacobelli, PLEASE.
