Fue un placer trabajar con la señorita Helly Saadzoi. Es una abogada excelente y con un conocimiento amplio y extenso de las leyes migratorias. Ella siempre está disponible para contestar tus preguntas, incluso comunicándose durante horas no laborales incluyendo fines de semana para contestar cualquier pregunta o duda que tengas. Estaba siempre muy pendiente a nuestro caso y con una preocupación genuina por ayudar y que todo salga favorablemente para mi esposo y yo. El proceso de green card es uno que puede ser muy complicado y requiere de muchos detalles y cuidado para evitar retrasos o problemas, pero la abogada Saadzoi se asegura de estar a tu lado durante todo el proceso. No solo es muy profesional pero también muy humana y se nota que verdaderamente quiere que tengas éxito. Lucha por tu caso como si fuera de tu familia. Estoy muy contenta de utilizar sus servicios y se la recomendaría a cualquier persona que esté buscando servicios de un abogado de inmigración. I started my case with her and it was the best decision I made. She was always available helping me through the process explaining all the sides. Helly is an amazing lawyer. Very competent and smart. My husband had a DUI and was taken by ICE in 2011. We have been fighting his case for all these years. Finally our day came to be in front of the judge on 3/15/2019 and Helly overwhelmed the judge with evidence but also she was very astute in all her question. She knew what was going to win our case and did everything possible to make it happen. She replayed all the different scenarios that needed to play out in order for us win. Helly is so good that the judge didn’t even need the witnesses to speak she had made her decision based on just one witness, all because she asked the right questions. We we requesting the cancellation of removal visa, only 4000 are given a year and we were one of them. She is amazing!!!!
