Do not use this firm they scam you for money, the stole 20,0000 dollars from me

Horrible company. They are full of lies and just want your money. Everything I try to call them I would be on on wait for at least 2 hours. They didn't even do what they said they would do. They are a horrible company don't let their name fool you

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE I beg you, Don't use this company, they are a scam, they won't pay any of your creditors until they take all you money, I called to check on my account they tell me they are still in negotiations, next thing I know my wages are being garnished and when I call them they tell me they can stop garnishment if I pay another 6k after I've already paid 14k, I wasn't about to give them another coin.

Avoid working with this firm at all costs! They do not do what they say they are going to do. I hired them to negotiate debt down on 2 credit cards. They succeeded in negotiating one of them down, but now, 5 (almost 6) years since I started the initial process with them, my wages are being garnished by the creditor that they failed to negotiate with and I owe even more money than when I started! They do not care and only want your money. As a result of their incompetence I now have to file for bankruptcy, which is what I hired them to help me avoid in the first place. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

DO NOT use this law firm! Still trying to figure out where 12k of my money has gone! They do not return emails, phone calls, or contact us submissions. When you do get through to a random person, it disconnects or they have no idea what is happening. It is a major waste of time trying to get answers and a nightmare.

UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW I'VE BEEN WORKING WITH THIS LAW FIRM SINCE NOVEMBER 2019 AND UNFORTUNATELY MY DEBT SETTLEMENT CASE IS NOT RESOLVED. EVERYTHING STARTED OFF GREAT AND MOST OF MY DEBTS WERE SETTLED BUT FOR WHATEVER REASON THE LAST 2 DEBTS ARE TAKING LITERAL YEARS TO BE SETTLED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT AS GOOD AS IN THE START OF THIS PROCESS AND I HAVE HAD DIFFERENT AGENTS TELL ME CONTRADICTING INFORMATION. BECAUSE OF THIS ONGOING SITUATION MY CREDIT HAS BEEN NEGATIVELY AFFECTED AND IM UNABLE TO GET FAVORABLE FINANCING TERMS ON MY CAR PURCHASE. AT THE START OF THIS PROCESS I WOULD GET PLENTY OF CALLS AND TEXTS FROM THE LAW FIRM TO CHECK IN AND UPDATE ME ON MY CASE BUT AS SOON AS THE LAW FIRM GOT ALL THIER MONEY FOR THIER SERVICES, THE CALLS AND TEXTS STOPPED AND I WOULD HEAR NOTHING AT ALL ABOUT MY CASE UNLESS I CALL FOR AN UPDATE. ALSO IM TOLD THAT MY CASE IS BEING WORKED ON BUT I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE 2 DEBTORS I STILL OWE MONEY TO AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN AWARE THAT I HAVE ATTORNEYS WORKING ON MY BEHALF NOR HAVE THEY BEEN CONTACTED. I DONT KNOW WHO IS LYING BUT IT DOESN’T LOOK GOOD EITHER WAY. I WISH I COULD SAY I RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM AND I WOULD IF THEY CONTINUED ON THE SAME PATH AS IN THE BEGINNING. THIS LAW FRIM STARTED OFF STRONG AND I WAS HAPPY WITH HOW THINGS WERE MOVING ALONG BUT NOW ITS CLEAR THAT THIS LAW FIRM IS LACKING IN TAKING THIS TO THE HOME STRETCH AND CLOSING. ALSO AT THIS POINT WE ARE WAY PAST THE TIME FRAME (BY A COUPLE YEARS )THAT THEY SAID MY CASE WOULD BE RESOLVED BY. THEY DEFINITELY OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED.

Poor service after four years of paying them to settle five accounts now have been told they only settled two and want more money out of me that I don’t have! When someone uses this firm they should be told that after paying a lot of money they will need more!! Seriously poor business skills poor manners and now I have to pay more almost five years later money that I don’t have!! So much for eatting for me or having electricity!!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied at this firm!!!! Never use them! I don’t know what to do at this point I don’t have more money to give them and they did not settle three of my accounts. They didn’t even bargain with one it looks like all my money went to one creditor for almost the whole amount. Maybe time to get a lawyer involved that I trust to get this company gone!!

If I could start all over again. I would have definitely stayed away from this firm. It has put me in a worse situation when I couldn’t settled with my creditors instead. Helbing law group was so welcoming in the beginning and, I could always reach someone before signing up. After that, it’s hard to reach anyone. I can’t even leave a message because my the time someone fakes an answer, it disconnects the phone call. If this was really a legit business, they would have all the time in the world to assist you in time of need. I don’t know what how my money is being handled or when it’s payed off because there’s no communication at all. People, please stay away from them.

The debt consolidation was amazing for me

I dont recommend this company they promised things and never delivered my credit is worse than it has ever been and still got creditors coming after me after paying them for 2 1/2 years
