Kanesha S. Has been amazingly helpful. She lived the life that many of us reading this reviews are experiencing at this time that she can relate and understand the pressure the stress of being in debt. She reviewed my account before giving me a call, she made sure she understand everything and that she can answer any questions I have. She then follow up after few days to make sure what we talk about was all good. Also a paralegal name Bruce called me in 2019 and he was being very patient with me explaining how things are going. I cannot name everybody because I am bad at names, I don’t remember them. To all new clients who is trying to find help, something to remember is to be patient. It will get frustrating, you will feel hopeless at times. It will take time depending on everyone’s situation. Follow up but be patient. One thing that I understand is that Helbing Law Group will not leave you until its all done. It may take time but it will get done. Also expect that whatever amount you agree on or expecting to pay it doesn’t all go smoothly sometimes. In my case, my creditor did not agree on some percentage that means I had to add more money to the fund. For Some people, their creditor agrees right away. Not on my case. The other thing that I found frustrating was that every time you call, sometimes the customer service, the billing department that paralegal department are separate so some side’s doesn’t understand what is going on and so they have to let that department call you. Again be patient it may take few days or weeks. They are there and they are working for you. Cheers to a better tomorrow to all of us who are in the same boat.

This is my second review as I was asked to remove my first. I will not remove this review as I have wasted more time, money and had more stress than I ever dreamed possible using Helbing law group. Anyone reading this please know that if you are in debt with credit card companies, you can take care of this YOURSELF!!!! You will be better off in the long run. They will string you along for as long as they can and will you spend more money and probably have to go to court, and that makes the situation even worse. Take my advice and do NOT seek help with these people! Have faith in your own ability to take care of your own affairs and you will be glad you did. Trust me.
