Did not have good communication. We were barely updated about anything . We had to call them all the time for information about the case . Always a different person on our case that we had to talk to . Hardly checked up on to see how we were doing . Overall unsatisfied. Scranton office .

Gotta be the hardest company to get a hold of after your their client. Sam was the worst ever. Does she work there? She never calls back never answers just horrible. I was in the hospital for over 2 months mot one returned call. Save your 7200.00 do it yourself I did.
