Do not waste your time or money with Sherri Hurst. Hurst was the attorney that was used for the original uncontested custody agreement. She was sure to include a clause stating that the children remained under Beaver County jurisdiction, to ensure client retention due to knowing that the children would be moving to Ohio and this was stated in the custody agreement. Four years later, we decided to use her services again but should not have. After agreeing on a plan of action regarding a time sensitive matter and accepting payment, she decided not put it in motion. Three weeks later, her assistant left a voicemail stating that the funds paid could be picked up at the front but it was unnecessary to speak to her or Sherri. I highly recommend that you save your time and take your business to an attorney who has the children's best interest in mind.
