Very poor. Chad Bowers - One consultation and Magistrate's office he told me what to say instead of my whole situation that was discussed in the office. His story changed, collected his money (twice what I paid a Pittsburgh attorney) and was the worst attorney my wife ever had. She paid $250 for one in Pittsburgh who was excellent and felt she got every penny of what she paid for. Beaver County residents--don't waste your time or money with this group. He never fought for her Right and she now has to appeal.
