This is a review of Attorney David Moscow. I had an issue where I did not understand the law and I was facing criminal charges. A detective for Chester County actually visited our home to get a statement from us. It's very important to understand that anything you say can and will be used against you. Luckily we were still asleep when the detective visited us. When I reached out to the officer  he was very confrontational and extremely vague about any potential charges. After some research of attorneys  we decided to hire  David Moscow to represent us. Right away he was proactive, sympathic, and he had a no bs professionalism that he was there to fight for you. I felt that I had someone on my side.  He was very thorough and responsive. Very quickly I felt at ease and his retainer fee was definitely worth every penny.  Two weeks passed and the conclusion of my case is that all charges were dropped and the case will not be persued. David worked with the detective and myself to show that this was a misunderstanding and would not stand in court. I 1000% recommend David Moscow. He will fight for you.

Hello, I hired him almost a year ago to get me out of an awful mess that 2 other attorneys managed to make so much worst. He was very upfront and honest, which I really needed at the time. I had received a letter in the mail about a hit & run in a place I haven’t been in years. It said I hit 3 cars & would be charged with multiple cases but the letter didn’t even contain an Affidavit.
