I hired Dave for my fiancé’s case in Chester County and was beyond happy with the outcome. I was referred to David through a friend of mine and WOW... couldn't have been a better choice! I was facing some serious charges with a DUI compounded by Car Accident which had numerous charges and I was facing some serious life threatening scenarios which would have involved losing my job and my entire way of life!! The communication between David and myself throughout this process was absolutely amazing! In me you had a guy nervous as hell and wanting to throw in the towel and all along David came through with clutch calls and text messages to reassure me that things would be fine. His task was immensely difficult as I had prior DUI'S and the jail time I was looking at would have officially ended my life as I now know it. David Moscow gave me a second chance at life. I was already making bad decisions, but I also was in a very negative head space as well because of family issues. These negative thoughts were spiraling out of control at times. I was battling myself. The battle was who I wanted to be vs. who I felt I needed to be to survive. I actually had a lawyer before David. My previous lawyer was very hard to contact and didn’t make me feel like an priority at all. Telling me things like he has other Cases of importance. Plus i only got to lay eyes on my actual lawyer ONE time. 1yr and a half is the best my first lawyer said he could do. I felt defeated. I had already been in county jail for almost a year and the person who’s idea it was for us to do the crime, never did ANY jail time because he simply cooperated. A guy who I felt was my brother turned his back on me as well I felt. It was harder for me to cooperate mainly because I am one to take responsibility for his OWN actions, and because of my environment. However, I was still digging myself in an even deeper whole thinking that I was out smarting the police by giving fake stories and in the end I incriminated myself by putting myself at the scene of the crime. I say all of this to express the things that were beating me mentally and on top of it all this was my first time in jail. Fast forward back to the day I met the most confident, loud, down to earth man I’ve met in a while, David Moscow. The first thing David said to me as he sat down with me for the first time was “this is ridiculous!” I loved how confident he was and what he said made perfect since. He didn’t only just come and tell me what he could do for me. He explained my situation in a fashion that I could understand. He told me how he genuinely felt about my situation, then asked me what I would like to do. All in all David Moscow made me feel the exact opposite of what my first lawyer made me feel. David Moscow made me feel confident. David Moscow made me feel as though he was taking my situation as a serious/unique one and no matter what would happen I still had my whole life in front of me. He gave me a prospective that no one els had. He explained the justice system and how it can be unfair at times and knowing that already he asked me why would I put myself in such a situation? I had very little to say. I am a leader, I am intelligent, I am a family oriented man, I am a kind hearted man. And David made me understand that nobody would be able to tell that by looking at this case. and if I inspire to be an entrepreneur (I told him) then I’m setting myself back, and making it harder on myself. I come from a place where it’s easier to block out certain emotions, but I have to all ways use my mind and I thank David Moscow for taking my negative mind and making it a positive one through these moments in my life. Got a DUI on 202. Hired Dave because I was told him and Jeremy rumble. At preliminary hearing the case was dismissed. Thank God I was told to hire him. Anyone from Coatesville that needs a attorney that rumbles needs to hire them.

My two sons were involved in a criminal case where false charges were filed on them both; the incident was racially motivated and both were looking at serious felony’s.
