Dorota served as my attorney to prepare a Gestational Carrier (surrogacy) contract. She helped me understand the nuances of the law, advocated for me, and made me feel like I was a priority to her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us move the contract process along quickly. Her staff is also wonderful; Dorota and her legal assistant are kind, friendly, and respond quickly and patiently to questions. Highly recommend Dorota for ART-related legal needs!

Money hungry, don't care about their clients. Can't perform or accomplish tasks they are hired to do and still charge you anyway for work they did not perform and/or accomplish. Way, way, way overpriced. More than willing to destroy a family or an individual, simply to put money in their pockets. Stay away from this firm.....

Best law firm in the valley.

This law firm is only for rich people with fake nails et Armani suits. My own cousin is a partner! Seven years ago, his fake-nailed secretary messed up my correspondence and I had to contact my cousin at home. A taciturn letter was sent to me regarding a divorcement and that was the end of it. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU ARE AKIN TO OUR PRESIDENT!

I was very happy to get to work with Dorota. She helped in drafting a new will for me because the previous one that I had was quite out of date. She was very meticulous and asked all the necessary questions to make sure that all the necessary details were covered. She also worked with my mother and step-father on their wills, and she was very sensitive to their needs as well.

Dorota is organized, knowledgeable and sincere. We used her services for our estate planning. She is excellent at conferring with her clients to pinpoint their needs. She offered us great direction and service in a comfortable, professional setting that was effficient. The combination of these traits is irreplacable when selecting an attorney. She was hired to help us when a billing company for our family business did not live up to its contract agreements. Dorota was able to contact them after thoroughly researching the situation. After 17 years of paying our mortgage on time, the company we were using, GMAC, sold our mortgage to Ocwen LLC. They were deceitful in their business and began harassing us. They threatened us with foreclosure so we consulted with Dorota Kozak. She advised us how to proceed. Within 2 weeks we received notification with clear and certain terms and have not had any issues since she intervened. Happily, we are still in our home and everything is well. Throughout this whole process, Dorata was empathetic to our situation and most importantly, used professional discretion all times.
