I feel like it was a waste of $200 assessment. I filled out a form about the case and talked with a lawyer prior to setting up the meeting. They seemed to be able to help as it may have been a case against elder law. However, when I got there he seemed unaware of why I set up the meeting. Saying I wanted long term care planning. I said no, I wanted to appeal a LTC claim in behalf of my parents as a POA. He just read the denial documents and said if you can contact the facility directly then you don't need to hire us. I mean really? I wanted to hire a law firm to protect against elder law in regards to the insurance policy to PA elder law and the definitions of this care facility.

Bad customer service. Went for initial consult and before agreeing to accepting their services had a question and never responded

Very welcoming environment by the staff of Jen & Inna. Attorneys Pile and Bobby Adams were very thorough, attentive to my concerns and responded to my needs on the timetable that was promised. The answers to my questions were explained in a fashion that allowed me to make informed decisions and proceed with my case. I would definitely recommend The Pile Law firm to my family and friends.
