Hello to anyone having the opportunity to read our review. Years ago I had a major legal problem that two attorneys before meeting with Mitchell Clair had refused to take stating it was too risky and possibly not a financial benefit for Them. Needless to say Mitchell not only took my case but he also won my case. A few years after that my wife had a legal problem needing an attorney so we called Mitchell Clair again. Needless to say he took the case for my wife and won the case for her. Years have passed since then and another legal problem has entered our lives. It was bothering us and on the day before Mother's Day we tried to call Mitchell Clair. Not only is he still practicing law but he called us back that same day. The reason why I took the time to write this for you to see is because Mitchell Clair does care, he does keep you updated with your case, he does return your call and most importantly he does win your case for you. I give Mr Clair my permission to give my number to anyone seeking a great attorney. He lied to my brother and stole an extra 10 percent of the settlement. My brother only agreed to give Clair 40 percent of recovery at the time the complaint was filed. However Clair was dishonest and kept 50 percent of recovery.

Do not use this lawyer. He doesnt tell you about any settlements offer. Then when you front him about it he gets upset and lies . I fired him because of lies and. Hiding offers from insurance. . Then he got paid for doing his lies because other lawyer stood up insurance company did not believe he should got anything he is now being.sued. in.court. for the money. He took that he was not intitle to at all. Worst lawyer ever. .. stay away
