I reached out to Pile law firm for help services for my dad who was recently diagnosed with dementia. I scheduled an appointment and was able to speak with one of the lawyers. During the appointment there was some confusion as to who would call who and what number to call, but i was able to reach the lawyer upon calling directly. After that, it was smooth sailing. I received incredible information and was not rushed or made to feel like a number. This lawyer stayed on the phone with me for a little more than an hour patiently answering all of my questions about my dad and everything I needed to know and do. He told me what his prices were for their service but also told me he would be more than happy to walk me thru the steps of what I needed to do. I received a ton of free advice during that call which I am so grateful for during this time. He also advised me that I could call back at any time. This was the very best experience with a lawyer I have had so far.
