Dan is a fantastic lawyer! He was always honest and upfront with me on what he could do and how he could help me. Was always there when I had a question or needed to know how my case was going. He communicated with me before my civil suit happened while it happened and even after my case was resolved. I highly recommend him to be your lawyer.

Dan is great and very knowledgeable. Ive come to know him as a colleague over the last several years and I have no hesitation referring my clients to him for matters that relate to FCRA, FDCPA issues. I know the clients will always get an honest assessment regarding the merits of their case, which is paramount. Other Attorneys I have considered referring clients to in the past had more of a "factory" approach that didnt inspire alot of confidence.

If I could give Dan 10 stars I would. He was very professional from the beginning to end and delivered the results that he promised which was winning my case of being sued by a debt collector. He put my mind at ease and was very prompt to answer any questions i had(which was alot). His prices were very reasonable and he did not pressure me into making a decision but rather guided me to make the right one. I would recommend Dan to any friends or family with similar needs and although I hope to never need his services again, I will certainly utilize Him again if need be.
