Dan DeLiberty helped me from start to finish with a credit problem. I didn't have to appear in court or make any calls. For a reasonable fee Dan DeLiberty took care of the problem and the court ruled in my favor. This saved me a lot of money and aggravation. I can't say enough and I would highly recommend The DeLiberity Law Firm.

Not only has DeLiberty won 3 cases for me but one of them was with only 2 days’ notice. I’m definitely not the easiest person to work with or understand but every step of the way he has been accommodating. Working with me over the phone and even on a payment plan to fit my income.

Great personal no hassel service, always kept the communication going with me never had to wonder what was happening with my case.
I was very pleased that Dan worked with me on a payment plan since I had been off work for 7 months due to surgery. Very fair fees!
I received an emailed as soon as the hearing was over to let me know it was a 100% win and also would be removed from credit bureaus .
Great experience for a nerve racking situation. Would definitely recommend this firm.

I was on the fence about using a lawyer for my case when I reached out to Dan Deliberty. He called me very promptly and gave me advice regardless if I retained his services. He was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. Ultimately, Dan represented me in a case which I thought had slim odds of winning which he was up front about that as well.
