Some of the Attorneys in this law firm are con artists. Trying hard to make my friends give up their property to their client’s that has no legal right. I have never ever seen unprofessional attorneys in my life. I don’t know how many clients they have conned. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice in the US, they are rogue attorneys. I have been privileged enough to read the communications between them and my friends and I couldn’t believe my eyes. How do people like this get away with such blatant disregard of the law.

I found Mr Perry through a friend who is an attorney himself. My friend advised me that if I was looking for the best criminal defense attorney in the area that I should strongly consider Brian Perry. I took his advice and hired Brian for my case. From the start I was impressed with him. Our initial meeting was casual yet down to business, I felt like Brian was on my side and was going to fight for me through this process. He was a straight shooter who immediately went to work looking at different avenues that we could use to fight this. I really appreciated that he had a set price for each stage of the process, rather than charging by the hour. I had previously used an attorney who was hourly, and I was afraid to email, text, or call him because I knew that was going to result in a charge. With Brian I knew what each phase was going to cost, and I didn't have to worry about some question that I had costing me $300. I also really appreciate it that I knew what the general cost we're going to be up front depending on how things went with the case. It was a weight off my mind knowing what I was looking at as far as cost rather than it being some open book where at the end I get a surprise bill. Brian Perry is a top notch lawyer who will get the job done, period. I’ve hired Brian on 2 occasions and each time I’ve come away with a sentence I never would have expected. A combined total from the 2 cases equaled 14 years in prison and over $35,000 in fines. Each situation ended up with a sentence of 1 year of probation, a minimal fine and court costs. Brian will put you at ease during the first meeting as he reviews your case and explains the charges in detail so you can understand and make decisions. He is very thorough, hard working and always gets the best results possible. I trust Brian completely and would recommend him to family and friends knowing they are in the best hands. To start, Brian is a great guy, down to earth, easy to talk to and listens to everything you have to say. Your level of pressure will go from sky high, nerve racking to very manageable after your first conversation because he knows the law and the reality of your charges. I’ve had 2 situations in the last 8 years that called for hiring an attorney and both times I’ve gone with Brian. The old saying “you get what you pay for” could not be more true when selecting an attorney. In my first situation I was facing 8 years in state prison and fines that could exceed $20,000. I ended up serving 1 year of open probation and a total of $3k in fines. Second situation, 6 years and $15k - I received 1 year probation plus court costs. No matter what Brian’s fee is it will never equal what he saves you in the long run because it’s not about the money, it’s about your freedom. How do you put a price tag on that?

Brian was extremely active with the District Attorney's office and was relentless in insisting that I be entered into the ARD program.
