Facing a tough situation, I asked for a referral to a criminal defense lawyer and was sent to Brian Perry. That was undoubtedly the most important step I took along the long path to having my charge withdrawn and the case dismissed. Brian is a personable guy and his costs were reasonable, but the results he produced were brought about by his knowledge of criminal law and his very close contacts - and great reputation - within "the system" of police, prosecutors and judges. I will still have to live with the trauma of this encounter with the criminal justice system and the court of public opinion still has an effect, but Brian secured the best possible outcome for me, allowing me to put the legal implications of this case behind me. I'm pleased to have met Brian because he seems like a genuinely nice guy, but I'm really grateful for the outstanding work he did on my behalf.
