This law firm never called back. Really don't think very highly of this office

Just called today and was yelled at and was rudely spoken to by a woman claiming to be an attorney in the law firm ! When I asked her why she was raising her voice at me when I was simple trying to explain my situation she proceeded to very rudely and unprofessional hang up on me! And here I was calling based on reading their great reviews! Very upset ! No lawyer should talk to anyone in the phone the way this woman spoke to me ever!!! I don’t care if she was having a bad day but the way she handled the call was so out of line and so unprofessional and I don’t care if she has been practicing for 20 years no need to be rude!

Patrick and Heather are a delight to work with. It was the first time I've ever had to go to summary trial for traffic court and they made the process less stressful and were helpful in answering all my questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and they treated me with great respect even though my case was relatively small. They helped me keep my license and reduced my fine! Thank you so much and I highly recommend!
