Mr Lauer represented me on a serious PWID case back in July of 2021 which the minimum sentencing guideline was 9 to 16 month He was able to convince the judge for a mitigated sentence of 36 month supervised probation and had to pay for the all courts fees. I am happy for the outcome of this case. I would also like to thank Heather she responded to all my email and phone calls she would take her time to explain details of my case. Mr lauer is also representing me on another case I would post a update of on it.

Patrick is a hidden gem. During crazy times like this, he was able to conduct professional business and handle our legal matters over the phone in a COVID friendly atmosphere. He was meticulous in all areas.

Mr. Lauer represented me in a DUI case through the fall of 2018. Until the final court appearance, I was pleased with his representation and demeanor as we attended various court appointments. Fees were paid along the way for each appearance. I had two past driving in fractions regarding substance-abuse eight and nine years ago from New York. He advised me that as long as the prosecution did not discover these, it would not be a large issue as this was my first DUI At the final court appearance, which he was nearly an hour late for, he spoke to the prosecutor and then met me in the hallway and said told me that there was trouble. The prosecutor had indeed found out about the New York violations. I was taken away that day in handcuffs not to reappear in public for 15 months. Understand that I am not upset by the verdict or my punishment. Indeed, I took this time away to make me realize the severity of my actions, and I am sober to this day. The fact that Mr. Lauer did not know ahead of time that this would be the result of the court appearance is inexcusable. He obviously did nothing prior to that day to find out whether the New York violations would be included in my sentence. Had I known this would’ve been the case? I would’ve made arrangements with my family, my employer, my church as well as taking care of my pets and my apartment commitment. In my opinion, I was a minor sideline case not worthy of complete, in-depth research.

Having gone through multiple, unfortunate legal issues within a 2 month range, the amazing duo of Mr. Lauer and Ms. Orisko were just what I needed. They very meticulously ensured we were ready for the preliminary hearing for a 2nd offense DUI and a strange "Loitering and Prowling at Night Time" misdemeanor on top of it with intent to get both completely dismissed. Mr. Lauer's words "we are in it to win it" rang true as on my court date, he got both charges dismissed and replaced with summary offenses which means no more misdemeanors, no jail, no obscene fines, and nothing else that comes with a misdemeanor. He was able to do this so rapidly that I believe we had things settled before the hearing was supposed to even begin. Mr. Lauer was courteous, friendly, and spoke with the confidence he deserves with his experience and skill. I could not be happier about hiring this firm. Money very well spent.

Pat Lauer posted lies on behalf of his client intended to hurt a very reputable small business in Camp Hill, PA. In fact, his client is still working with this business. Attorneys have a responsibility regarding confidentiality and ethics. This attorney chose to engage in libel and defamation. Not a good look!
