I had incurred a speeding ticket for the first time in my life and didn't know what to expect. Knowing my luck, I didn't want any deep buried laws coming back to haunt me. I tried Klein, Burdett and Associates and had the pleasure of working with Elliot Katz Esq. At first, he was very direct and straight forward. Then I didn't hear from him for a while. But in the end, he handled everything from start to finish. Had called the officer handling my case ahead of time. Had multiple clients on the same court day and didn't mix cases. Very straightforward with the officer. Kept in communication with the court. Any doubt about what a lawyer could and would run into on a court day, and Mr. Katz met it head on, kept it organized, and exceeded expectations. He also comes with a sense of humor, which is great for breaking the tension a client may feel in these situations. I don't have any points( which was my desired outcome) and my fine was reduced. I will recommend Mr. Elliott Katz Esquire to anyone.

Fought and won a missed school bus ticket I met Mr. Ellis Klein for getting a hefty ticket for turning away from a school bus while it had the red lights on. He fought for me very skillfully, first with the police and then the judge. The judge was on-board with his logical reasoning. The judge understood that the message was well understood to me about this traffic rule and took away all the charges. I came out with no points and no license suspension, and I would like to thank Mr. Klein for this efficient handling of the case.

My lawyer Elliot Katz doesn’t answer my texts or emails. But he is nice on the phone and seems to do a good job.

Ellis and Elliott were wonderful from the first phone call; compassionate and concerned and even enlightening to the circumstances. I spoke with multiple lawyers and everyone else treated me as a sales call and some even rude and blunt. Ellis spent about an hour on the phone with me going over every detail and I was given full detail from them of all consequences; while others just gave me a preliminary quote.
