Mr. Klein was an excellent attorney. I had an overtaking school bus ticket in PA and I am from NJ. I was facing multiple points, a heavy fine, and possible loss of license for my first time. He made the process very easy, and I ended up with a small fine. I would definitely recommend him again to anyone.

Terrible experience with these people. I called on Friday (11/10) to get a call back... never got one. I called again Monday (11/13) and asked to speak to someone and was told they had a message to call me, but I still never got a call back. Tuesday (11/14) passed and I didn't even bother calling again because it was a waste of my time. Believe it or not they still haven't called me back. I can't wait any longer for them to reach out to me. You only get 10 days after receipt of the court summons and waiting 5 days (3 business days) is an unacceptable turn around... for a simple phone call.

I would highly recommend Klein Burdett & Associates for their services. Attorney Klein represented me in court, which I did not have to appear, and was able to reduce my speeding ticket to a non moving violation. I received the ticket in PA, but with Attorney Klein's help, it did not transfer over to any points on my New Jersey license. Their office staff was very attentive and had great communication!

This attorney did absolutely nothing to help my son. He took his money, hardly communicated with his regarding his charges or a plea bargain, was handling several different matters the day of his hearing and showed up last minute after asking that his case go last. My son still lost his license and had several hundreds of dollars in fines. When he contacted Mr. Klein to ask him what to do because needs to drive for work, Mr Klein told him that technically " he can still drive" and just needs to complete the PennDOT requirements and then pushed him off onto someone else. And no, he can't drive and now has NO idea how to do so, because his license is indefinitely suspended. Thanks for nothing.
