If you need a new will/power of attorney/living will, for the extraordinarily reasonable price of $200. this family owned law firm will take excellent care of you! They also do other lawyer stuff too, but a will is important...and usually stupid expensive. One note, they are in beautiful downtown Doylestown, in an old house, with awkward steps to get in (and out) and steep steps down to the conference room. Take care. They are worth going to town!

In short words, it seems like they will only help you if it is not too difficult for them. If the outcome is really important to you, get your business elsewhere. Longer version: I called this firm when I got traffic tickets that could cost me my job. I explained the situation and read all the charges word to word to the attorney that was assigned to my case. He assured me there was not too much to worry about, blah blah blah. I made the full payment and felt sort of relieved thinking I’m in good hands. Don’t get me wrong, I did not expect wonders and I understand no one can give you a 100% guarantee, but the attorney I spoke to sounded pretty confident there will be no issues with the case. Little did I know. Three days before the hearing a different attorney from the same office called me saying that he is the replacement for the original attorney that wouldn’t be able to represent me due to schedule conflicts. Fine. I explained my situation to the new gentleman and only then I found out that I am in fact about to not only get points on my CDL, but may actually lose it. Let me get this straight: it’s been a month since I explained them what I’m trying to achieve and paid them in full to represent me, a month after I was assured that this case has very high chances of positive outcome and only a couple of days before the court date. Great! Unfortunately, at that point I had neither the time nor the money to hire a new lawyer, so... Long story short, I ended up getting five points and a couple of nasty charges on my CDL drivers license (which is pretty much equal to losing it since it prevents me from getting hired by any decent trucking company in the near future). Needless to say, I lost my job. Fantastic! Like I wrote above, I did not expect wonders, but if you are a traffic attorney, shouldn’t you at least educate your client about the possible consequences, etc. and not do it the last minute when there’s no way to really change anything? Especially, if you knew the whole situation and the outcome your client is hoping for from day one?.. By the way, speaking of the five points I received, the new attorney explained that in my situation it should actually be only three, but the DOT can make a mistake and make it five. In this case my attorney told me to let him know so he could give the DOT a call and try to fix this. The law office front desk took like three or four of my messages, but I have never heard back from my attorney and, as far as I know, I still have five points on my driving record 😒
