Looking for a great and affordable lawyer ? Look no further lawyer Pendergast is the best in Pennsylvania ..my son is from new jersey got into problem in PA , each time I google a law firm his was the first to comes up .I decided to give him a try and I was not disappointed ..he knows his clients by name and I have never meet him ..His crime he was looking at 2yr and he got him 1yr probation..thank you Lawyer P. 10/10 Tim, Rebecca, and the girls are absolutely amazing. They provide the best service around! All of them welcome you in to the law firm with open arms, and make you feel like a family member. Anytime I called always answered the phone, if I had questions they always had answers. Going to court is always a scary situation knowing you could lose your freedom, but with Tim and the office behind my back I had no fear. Tim did everything he said he would and more. He goes the extra mile for you. I was facing some harsh charges and Tim told me the whole time we got this and he kept his word and did better than expected. I have used a bunch of attorneys in the county and Tim is the man to go to he’s very reasonable and does his job very well. I wouldn’t trust any other law firm like I do his. He becomes more than an attorney he becomes your friend along the way. He has a lot of fight in him. He does justice for you and your family. He also has a group of great attorneys in the office! Will always be my top pick and will never use anyone else. I could write a book on how amazing these people are. I will recommend everyone to them!

Mr. Pendergast and his team were fantastic, he and his wife Rebecca constantly stayed in contact you me. In addition to always returning my calls. One of my loved ones was picked up on a bench warrant early in the morning and Rebecca REALLY came through for us. My anxiety was through the roof and she was so sweet, empathetic, and understanding from the second she answered the phone all throughout the day. She really helped keep me sane and gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. She kept me updated about everything and worked with us financially so the financial part wasn’t an added stress. She started working on the case immediately after I explained the situation, and pulled strings for my loved one to be seen by the judge within 2-3 hours of being picked up. They were home with everything settled within about 8 hours. She is a ROCKSTAR and I highly recommend her and Tim if you need any legal help! They’re amazing!

I gave them my story. They put me on a payment plan and got all my charges thrown out.. silly charges nothing serious.. Rebecca was sweet and understood the struggle of a single mother trying to do right.. and Timothy was knowledgeable.. although I hope to never have to use them again..
