I now live in Arizona, I took a chance on hiring Attorney Prendergast as I had a DUI case from 2011 which had a lot of complexity to it, a lot needed to be straightened out and I couldn't do it myself from Arizona. I let Me. Prendergast know I am taking care of my sick mother in Arizona and wouldn't be able to come back to PA to handle this , he told me we would file a motion to vacate the sentence which he did hoping to get my a video hearing with the judge, well the motion was denied and I started freaking out, Mr Prendergast talked to me and said he would see what he could do, I assumed the worst outcome because that's my like, I forgot about it and gave up, and don't you know the day of the hearing Mr Prendergast called me and told me the judge had dismiss the case and the two small things i wouldn't have to do to be able to get my license out here, he did exactly what he said he would do, and was very understanding of my frustration, I am so happy i hired him , I would recommend him to anyone, best results I could have asked for

My family ran into an unfortunate set of circumstances that landed a family member in one of the worst NJ prisons possible from a 33 year old traffic offense out of Eastampton PA. The matter needed to be resolved in PA. To make things worse, this happened on a weekend before upcoming court holidays. I found Mr. Prendergast‘s contact information online and reached out.
