Our office has worked with The Law Office of Timothy Prendergast on multiple occasions. It has been the some of the best experiences with a law firm that I have personally been involved in. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and always eager to assist our clients. Tim’s staff is so accommodating and we have received great feedback from our clients referred to his office.

As my wife stated do not hire this firm. They did the bare minimum to do their job properly. Ontop of that Mr Pendergrast does not know how to talk to people. Prison records show ge only spent 15 minutes in a meeting and claims it was a hour and a half. Ontop of that he failed to show up to the hearing he stated he would go and sent Alexandria to show up who couldnt make it in time. This firm is quick to take your mo ey but will not put in any efforts. Pendergrast did not give her a council before her meeting and told us to do one thing where Alexandria told my wife to do the opposite. The 2 for the price of one deal is not worth it when both cannot conduct their job properly. Do not hire this firm unless you want to gove away free money with no results. Do not believe his response he will co tinue to lie to make it seem he did work when in fact alot of things he said he will do he did not at all. Nothing about my review is false. Mr pendergrast will not take responsibility for his lack of professionalism and the very little work he has done. The 50 phone calls we me calling him to talk and him barely responding. He spends more thime on here than he will with his client. Visiting records do show his lack of apperances. He offered no concil and after he stated he will be at the hearing (which was a zoom meeting) alexandria showed up extremly late and driving a car. I will say it again DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM. YOU WILL BE THROWING AWAY MONEY TO ATTORNEYS WHO DO NOTHING FOR YOU OR YOUR LOVE ONE. He is a professional procrastinater and a liar.

If you're family member is sitting in Northampton County Prison do not hire this man, cause they will sit in there!!! Hired him and it took several calls for him to come see me after 11 days and then sits with me for 5 minutes just to tell me something I already knew. Paid this man 5k (yup and I filed a claim to get it back just in case you have a response) and he basically went with what was in discovery. Said he and his partner (Alexandra Crouthamel) would come see me and never did. They never even heard my side of the story until this day!!! Always "too busy" to show up and then his partner shows up late to my probation hearing while driving on Zoom!! And then when I fired him he has the nerve to get nasty with me while I was in jail and get nasty with my husband because he simply wanted some answers since I had never had a run in with the law. Save your money. Do not hire this man! Edit: this is my response to your review. I fired you and I only got out because my HUSBAND made phone calls. Alexandria never came to see me. I fired you on 2/18 and I was released 3/14. Do who is lying now? Never even met Alexandria until that day! Also, you were supposed to be there for my probation hearing, yet you were too busy. Alexandria showed up 45 minutes late while driving her car on Zoom. That's when I knew you guys needed to be fired. You never even helped me get released so please be honest with yourself. I have no issue proving that you guys did absolutely nothing to help me as a matter of fact you kind of sunk me deeper. Hence why I went with another attorney. You have alot of time to answer reviews but not enough time to return calls. Please be honest with yourself! Have a nice day hope you treat your other clients better

In the midst of utter chaos, Tim was the only reasonable and calm attorney I knew to remedy an absolute nightmare. His advice is always sane and solid. Nothing ever flusters him, he is always prepared - - even when you may not be. Tim is a brilliant attorney, yet also one of the most altruistic people I know. He'll be your best advocate.

I needed a Laywer very fast regarding a false charge placed against me. I found this law firm on Google and they were able to help me last minute! They were very helpful. They got right down to business in the courtroom and exposed these false claims and helped prove my innocence! If you are in trouble and need people who will bend over backward to help you. You can tell by the delivery of the explanations and guidance that Tim has so much experience and knowledge. Also, something most important but all too rare, which is integrity. I am so grateful to have this office to trust and refer to friends, family and acquaintances. Everyone I refer to him is always thanking me for leading them to Tim.
