Never in a million years did we think we would need to file for bankruptcy! We made the process more frightening than it actually was. From the first appointment with Kenny he told some corny but appropriate jokes and put us at ease. We really felt he took the stigma away from what we had to do. In our case there wasn't another option. After almost a year of paperwork we had our hearing and the case was discharged. I made a call today to inquire about my options in regards to my debt, and I received a return call within a few minutes. Kenny Steinberg called me himself and took the time to talk about my situation, give me options on what I need to do (that might not even involve hiring them) and gave me info on a company that I may want to contact if I choose to use one of the options he suggested. He stated that whatever I decide, they will be there to help if I need them. I couldn't have asked for more support in this case and I am grateful he was kind enough to take the time to talk with me. Awesome to work with

What an awesome guy. He spent tons of time on the phone with me the first time (no charge) and then 6 months later, remembered who I was and answered more questions for me for free. This is a lawyer who answers his own phone! Sorry that just doesn't happen. Thanks for all your help!

I am very happy with my experience at Steidl and Steinberg. Kenny Steinberg is easy to work with and I would highly recommend him if you are considering bankruptcy. He has a lot of experience and is very good about getting back to customers if you have questions during the process. Filing was easier than I thought. Now I am so relieved and able to move forward with less stress and worry about finances.
