Since I'm coming out of numbness of my young husband's death I'm now able to express my experience with Mooney and Associates. They allowed my Mother-In-Law to bear witness to my husband changing his will in order to make her Financial Power of Attorney (so she could take all his accounts if she could prove he couldn't any longer speak on his own will). She talked my husband into making her husband Executor of his will (My husband was not fond of this person who was only 8 years older than he). All this occurred on a day that week, I went to work. My husband on hospice for lung cancer which had spread there from his liver! He was on 24/7 Morphine and by the time she Manipulated him using his fear anxiety convincing him I no longer loved him and I was neglecting him (my daughter was always there, watching!) being on narcotics 24/7 for over a month at that point! This Lawyer didn't even question-where is your wife? Shouldn't she be here helping your whole family decide what to do?!?! Then when he and I realized her madness we tried to change things back but the Lawyer didn't show, and ignored our phones calls until he says-You didn't send my $400 dollars!!!! We already paid him close to $1k already! We had forgotten, my spouse was dying, I was his 24/7 caregiver, tired, and confused by this horrible jealous mother, doing all you could to give love to your soulmate! No nights sleep at all except for 1 night in 3 months! Allllll These Lawyers care about is $$$$$$$$ I recommend getting another opinion (Always) and Do Not let anyone pretend they have Compassion!

Attorney Lingg was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and understanding with my concerns when I contacted him to represent me for a family will. My situation was unique in which I did not reside in the same state as my deceased family member. He acknowledged the concern and met with me with alternative forms of communication, ex emails, phone and in person when I was in town. He was able to provide assistance in a timely manner, made the process simple, and kept me on task for completing my role as executor. I actually met Clayton and his team after another local attorney cancelled an appointment in which I had scheduled a week before arriving in PA. Clayton's team was able to schedule an appointment within the same week during Christmas/Covid of 2020. I am extremely fortunate and grateful for Attorney Lingg and would highly recommend him and his staff.

Recently (December 15, 2021) I had a phone consultation with Attorney Carolyn Anner regarding a Social Security issue I was dealing with. I contacted Jason Imler regarding a minor personal injury auto accident. He directly answered the phone and took the time to provide general legal guidance. There is no need for litigation as the claim is minor. However, he answered my questions and treated me with empathy and consideration. I’m most appreciative of his time and would highly recommend his services.

I cannot say enough good things about Clayton Lingg. We hired him to do a trust for my mother a few years ago and were very pleased with how he not only dealt with her and all our questions but also with the overall professionalism. We were so pleased that we also hired him to do a trust for my father and his wife. Since then I have contacted Clayton many times as both my parents relocated to another state and in dealing with switching everything over to new homes there, they ran into a few issues in the new state. He is always super responsive to my questions and so helpful. I have to say I was rather shocked because he really didn't need to be since their business with him was completed and they had relocated.
