I personally hand picked Mooney & Associates to represent me in my Workman's Comp Case. More specifically Mark Buterbaugh. The list of my personal requirements due to the nature of my injury was, the strength of the Firm, the knowledgeability & back bone of the attorney who was going to make sure that I received the best medical care. In addition to that, I wanted to make sure my settlement process was appropriate. It was favorably settled in a timely manner. I highly recommend this firm.

We consulted with Clay concerning some challenging issues with our mother and step fathers "end of life" affairs and later with their estate. He handled my sister and my frustrated fragile emotions really well. He was professional, articulate, wise, while always being kind and sensitive. If I had to say it all in a simple sentence I would say all those "Lawyer jokes" people tell, do not describe our experience with Clay. He far surpassed our hopes and expectations. We used him to help with several matters. He makes choices based on what will be the most effective course of action not on how much money he can make from the course of action. This is in strong contrast to the lawyer we used before him. His knowledge of Elder Law was very good. The counsel we received from Clay was excellent.
