It’s unfortunate but I wouldn’t recommend using this company for workers comp claims. I went 17 weeks without a check for the initial back pay, then an additional 9 weeks without partial payments, to which my attorney never recovered nor did she argue for in front of the courts. A complete haphazard approach to the process. Then submitted a 121k settlement only to settle for 38k. To which my attorney never fought to get more but pushed to just settle their claim because she was worried that the insurance company would deny the claim and push back if we didn’t accept their offer. If your looking for an aggressive attorney to fight for your rights, this is not the firm for you
