Scott Cooper is very competent and professional. He fought the insurance company for two years and was successful in having them pay my medical bills. I was hit by a car while walking to work. Classified as an auto accident even though I was a pedestrian. My health insurance refused to pay, Medicare refused to pay and the insurance company of the person who hit me refused to pay. My pelvis was fractured in six places and my hip was pushed through my pelvis. Was off work with no pay for 25 weeks laid up in bed. Three months learning to walk again.
