I spent almost a year trying to settle my hearing loss case with no success. Jason wrapped it up in a few months. I would highly recommend him for a hearing loss case. He genuinely cares about you and not just the financial stuff. Great Guy. Top Notch.

I highly recommend Jason Weinstock!! He was very knowledgable in workman's comp, and was very helpful for me to be able to reach a settlement. He was always available if I had any issues or questions. Both him and his assistant Karen were very nice and polite anytime I called.

I hired Jason 5 yrs ago when the insurance company that handled my workers Comp stopped paying for my meds and appointments. Jadon had everything fixed in a few days. Tom Wilken and paralegal Jill were absolutely amazing! Both treated my situation with the upmost respect and provided knowledgeable details every step. The process was hard but with the guidance, support and true kindness my case was resolved with the least amount of stress. Jill was very supportive and able to explain the legal details in a manner I could understand, what a great assistant. Tom wilken was the best attorney anyone could ever ask for, always kept me well informed of any updates in a timely manner. Phone calls and emails were responded to in an impressive manner as far as speed and info. He was always one step ahead of my case. I would highly reccomend to anyone injured on the job. I cant forget about jill! She went above and beyond, and is very knowledgeable. Several times I recall I sent an email well after hours, not expecting a reply until the next day. However, I recieved a response before I even expected it later the same night. This is a hard working group all around, you would be hard pressed to find a lawfirm who will treat you like a person, and not a pay check. I can only speak on tom and jill, but if the rest of the lawfirm is half as great as them you will not be disappointed. A+ all around. They will protect your rights and put you at ease, because let's be real, after a work injury we have enough to worry about... only downside is Tom is a penguins fan.. if you can get past that give him a call if you're ever injured on the job.😂
