Any questions I could think of regarding workers comp claim were answered promptly, and communication was always very good between us. Not for a moment did I doubt or question their intellect on these matters.
They handled everything very professionally and He stuck by me through an ongoing case until we were able to close it and win a fair settlement.

I would highly recommend Ira and his staff of legal counsel for your legal needs. I pers9nally dealt with Jack Dougherty, who was very thorough and professional. This case was handled in a very timely manner and any questions I had along the way were answered and explained to me in a way that anyone could understand.

I've tried to contact them several times and been told someone will reach out within a few hours and never more than 24. Considering I have reached out about 5 times and never heard back...I would say their communication and/or organizational skills can improve tremendously.

JOHN DOUGHERTY was absolutely wonderful. I had a slip and fall and then a car accident and he told me from the beginning how long this would take. He was right on point... he always answered my calls questions and concerns... he was always polite and professional... this firm has allot of great people that literally work for you and your well being. I will ALWAYS call John if I need a lawyer. I appreciate EVERYTHING he did for me! Thanks again John you're the best!

If he doesnt want your case he will make up a outrageous lie so he doesnt have to take it , instead of being up front and honest with you. He even claimed that i was out of my statue of limitations and im not to sue. So gives misleading information as well.

As a professional that has a very busy schedule and can't afford last minute suprises I must say.
