This guy was found ineffective assistance of counsel by federal court see Ramos vs Lawler 615 F.Supp.2d 347 (2009) I lost alot of years my life and not be able to raise my daughter do to his incompetence, I was wrongfully convicted on first time offense serve 10 years. The crazy thing is if he admitted to his mistakes at the PCRA hearing in 2005, I would of got my conviction overturn, instead he lied under oath to cover himself. I can write a book on the terrible things this guy done but damage is done.

Roger laguna is one of the best attorneys i have ever had represent me. He took an impossible situation were i was falsely accused and got me acquitted. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney he is a great man and shos compassion for his work.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! I retained this firm to represent me concerning, I was attacked and beat by two PA. State Troopers. Vinny Monfredo was who started with my case. He was always unprepared and I could NEVER get answers to my questions or return phone calls in a timely manner. It was always"LET ME THINK ABOUT IT AND GET BACK TO YOU" I wouldn't get any response. One day Vinny up and disappeared. Mr. Laguna stepped in to take over where Vinny left off. Mr. Laguna said, "I WII FIGHT LIKE HELL TO REPRESENT YOU" Well I took him at his word and thought this was going to be a GREAT move concerning my case. However, 1st court date: At first Mr. Laguna was a NO SHOW!!!! After I ADDRESSED THE JUDGE AND GOT IT CONTINUED!!! Guess who showed up......MR.LAGUNA GO FIGURE!!!!!!! 2nd court date: This was a special hearing set at 830 am. A Omnibus hearing concerning PROBABLE CAUSE. MR.Laguna said to me, THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT HEARING. WELL GUESS WHAT!! Once again MR LAGUNA IS A NO SHOW.......CORRECTION, He showed up 30 to 40 mins. Late. While waiting on Mr Laguna to show up, The District Attorney addresses the judge and states: The District Attorney doesn't know WHY MR LAGUNA ISN'T HERE AND THEY WERE ON THE PHONE THE DAY BEFORE TRYING TP RESOVLVE THE CASE. MR LAGUNA can be on the phone back slapping and making deal with the DA the day prior, and doesn't have enough respect to SHOW UP FOR MY HEARING ON TIME!! When I confronted him with this, his response was....Well, YOUR A HARD PERSON TO WORK WITH. I WOULDN'T BE HARD TO WORK WITH, "IF YOU WOULD SHOW UP AT COURT AND "REPRESENT ME" LIKE YOU WERE PAID TO DO!!!!! You got paid and I NEVER got the representation that you should have given me. The Worst 7500.00 dollars I ever spent. Ohhhh, when I went to pick my file they didn't return the dash cam-audio disc that was part of discovery. I WOULDN'T recommend Mr Laguna to my worst enemy HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!!!
