Roger in my opinion and first hand experience should be considered a Pennsylvania super lawyer. Roger took on my case and was very knowledgeable and supportive to me. From intake to finish was superior. Most importantly Roger believed in me and my situation and was very compassionate. Most attorneys make you feel like a customer, but Roger made me feel like a friend. To anyone looking for a civil or criminal attorney I recommend you give Roger a call. I am quit sure you will be happy you did.

All I can say is wow 2 years worth of stress thrown out. I dealt with multiple attorneys on this case over this long period of time Roger and his entire office walked me through step by step even through my anger and frustration I recommend anyone to this office.

Roger is the best, of the best. First off let me say, I know alot of people say I didn’t do it. Sometimes this (is true). And there is a line the police cannot cross, but they do! Roger saved my son from being wrongfully arrested an sent to jail for a long time. He was referred by a friend, best phone call I ever made. He was on top of the case from day one. Yes he asks for money, lawyers don’t work for free. When your innocent, I would have payed anything for justice to be served. If you are looking for a awesome layer who knows the law like the back of his hand, Roger is your man. Or if you want a cheep ambulance chaser, Roger is not. I will continue to recommend him to anyone. I hope I never have to, but it’s great to know I can trust Roger 100%, and that’s what it’s all about. Thank you, doesn’t seem like enough.

There is a reason why Roger has bad reviews. I honestly cannot tell you how good or bad of an attorney he may be, as I couldn’t pay the guy to give me an answer for over a month, but I can tell you of my experience with Roger. I had false accusations by my crazy ex-girlfriend that landed me in jail for months on felony strangulation. They were thrown out twice (police and prosecutors ignored video of the event I tried to submit), as I was represented by an excellent attorney. Unfortunately, that good attorney does not practice civil law which I was interested in pursuing. Que Roger. He had some good reviews online, along with some bad ones, but I was trying to keep my case local and decided to see what he thought. I met with Roger on a Friday, and he told me he thought my case was worth investigating and that he would get back to me the next week if he would take my case or not. I attempted calling that next week, but I couldn’t get through, as it turns out his secretary, Nanci, was out of office. I finally got her on the phone the following Monday. She said Roger was busy and that she would get him to contact me back. Wednesday Roger finally called me. He said that he’d been busy but was working on the case, that these things take time, etc. etc. and that he would have an answer for me by that Friday. I told him if he was busy, just tell me, and I’ll pursue my case with other lawyers. He assured me that he would have an answer for me on Friday. That Friday rolled around and…. He was out of office. He left no message for me. I was about to take a 2 week vacation, so I let him have his time to do his lawyer thing, informing Nanci to let Roger know I called. Two weeks after that, I still had not heard from Roger. I tried calling his office all week AGAIN, but his secretary was out of the office… AGAIN. I finally got one of the other attorneys to answer the phone the following Monday. Irate that Roger had lied to me twice, taken 5 weeks to sit on his thumbs while telling me twice that he would have an answer in days, I told the attorney to mail me my info back immediately and drop the case. Two days after that I get a phone call from Roger. He still hadn’t sent my info. I would not hire a guy that lied to me twice already and expected it to be ok that he blew me off. He started spinning some yarn about 'Well the attorney I told to get on this didn't," “These things take time,” “We’re both grown men…” But none of the baloney that came out of his mouth explained why he had told me TWICE that I would have his answer in days and it had now been 5 weeks and he was still stalling. I told him that I was disappointed that his actions did not match up to his good online reviews, and that my review was going to reflect it. After his laughable failed attempt to keep me on, he finally relented and agreed to mail my info back. To my surprise Roger over-nighted my info back… along with a perceived threatening letter I believe designed to create an inflammatory response from me for online reviews, a review which he could pursue litigation for. I was livid. He spent more time blowing smoke up my rear and typing an inflammatory response than he did on my case. From what I experienced, his office is in disarray, he lied to me directly on multiple occasions, and then he sent me an inflammatory letter. I literally waited until I was off of probation to write this review in case he tried to pull some lawyer stunt. I wonder how this particular review is going to be explained… that I was not a client? True, I couldn’t pay the guy to answer if he was going to take my case. Maybe that I imposed artificial deadlines?… the deadlines that came from his mouth twice to have an answer for me in days, and still was stalling 5 weeks later. Or that I was irate for him doing so? This guy thinks it’s ok to do that, and that I am the one out of line for being pissed. If you hire this guy, you deserve it.
