I've had the best experience with my workers comp case!! Thomas Wilken was my attorney and he was EXTREMELY professional along with personally talking with me about every step that presented itself being sure to make me feel at ease. I would highly reconnect him to anyone going through a a work related injury!! Don't even hesitate you will be in great hands and well informed every step of the way! It's hard to put in words how comfortable and easy it was having him represent me!Thank you Tom for keeping me informed throughout my case!! My husband and I were referred to the Weinstock firm by the Bar Association for a free 1/2 hour consultation. We met with John Dougherty, when he introduced himself he told us to follow him to his office to the 2nd floor. He ran up 2 flights of stairs like he was competing in a 50 yard dash and in a hurry. During the consultation I noticed he kept looking at his watch a few times, making us feel like we were wasting his time. He made me nervous and I once I started noticing his fingers tapping on his desk and looking at his watch, I instantly felt the consultation was a waste of time. My husband and I left the appointment with the feeling that he gladly took our money and no one is hearing us out regarding a case involving unfair, inconsistent and discriminatory treatment. The consultation lasted an hour and when he told the receptionist to charge us $225.00, I looked at my watch and asked if the additional 1/2 hour is $225.00? He asked if we were referred by the Bar Association. I said yes and he told the receptionist to charge us half, $112.50. When potential clients come to your firm, do not treat human beings like they are wasting your time or look at your watch numerous times, as if we’re keeping you from your tee time at the golf course. People consult with attorneys and come to consultation appointments already feeling stressed, frustrated and just need caring individuals to hear them out.

Jason Weinstock and his team were the most creative and encouraging people you could ever want on your side. He made sure we understood all the ins and outs of the legal process. He kept us apprised of the situation even when we thought we had lost. Jason kept everyone calm and positive to help you through all the issues that can arise. He does not give up.
