The firm of Ira H. Weinstock is an outstanding law firm in the work that it does to help workers with their claims and legal battles. They are affordable, professional, compassionate and dedicated. One sometimes hesitates when it is necessary to call upon legal counsel. As such, I asked for a personal referral to an attorney who dealt with Workers' Compensation and Atty. Wilken and I were connected. It was definitely the right decision. He assisted in a process that was foreign, protected the rights of the worker and made sure that the process was navigated correctly at each turn. It was the absolute right decision to seek his counsel and representation on the matter.
