Andrea and Katy were so helpful and would highly recommend their services!

I used Cory for my lawyer and he was not good I had a lot of issues and I’m very upset because I paid him a nice amount for him to support me and I feel like i could of just represented myself but you live and you learn thanks.

All throughout my case, both Andrea and Katy were very helpful. They always answered my questions and returned my calls promptly. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. I also appreciate how they worked with my schedule and helped me to make informed decisions regarding my case. I had a DUI and Refusal to Submit to Drug Screening and got an unbelievably favorable outcome due to the behind-the-scenes work these people did at McShane Firm. Thank you guys!

ONLY retain if you plan on mediocre and unprepared Representation! 1) Duty Lawyer was too busy partying to accompany and or be present with police interaction! 2) Lawyer That appeared at hearing wasn’t prepared, Nor Listened, and allowed “PERJURY” in lieu of information provided by Their client (me) without any OBJECTIONS! Mind You, this was an actual “McShane” That appeared, a Firm Named Lawyer; One would EXPECT that a person off which holds the name of the firm retained would be worth the MONEY! NOPE, think again; she was the equivalent of a used piece of one-ply toilet paper after two wipes! 3) MisInformed Me of required appearance, causing more severe Legal actions and additional monies to provide an adequate DEFENSE by a SUPERIOR FIRM! RESPONDING TO RESPONSE: NO, I’m Not a Current a client, just a client that Lost at a simple PRELIMINARY HEARING of which should have been EASY, but No, the McShane Firm FUMBLED and was Less Than Poorly Prepared!

I had Amanda Jones for my hearing, and what a difference she makes as an attorney. I get it that their time is money, and all the lawyers I had in the past just kind of rush stuff past you. Not her. Very understanding, highly skilled, and she'll speak your language. She'll actually take the time to understand your issue.

If I could give -10 stars I would. Paid 2500.00 for a DUI preliminary hearing where any other lawyer could have gotten the charge dropped, as there was no probable cause to pull me over and no alcohol or drugs in my system - just a lying cop. But there is no money in being prepared or efficient. This firm wants every penny they can squeeze out of you before completely blowing your case. I believe exactly zero of their positive reviews. Look for a snarky response below and don't believe a word of that, either.

Ms. McShane provided amazing representation and helped me to get through such a difficult time while I put my life back together. Getting in trouble sucks and is wicked stressful, downright just rains on your parade, with Amanda Jones she made it not as stressful as some of us may feel in a situation with the law. kind of like seeing a rainbow after a wild thunder storm.
