I have seen every single comment, and this is true. Note I have an officer trying to frame me and have only talked with my lawyer on the court date. This represents poor attorney and clients' relationship with communication. To ask me what I want to do and try to have me take a plea that's not even related to my case gave another red flag. I would like my money back for lack of representation and poor communication before I lose my case. I waited two hours for the officer to show up, but if it was me, I would have had a warrant, and the lawyer didn't even push the matter that the officer was very late. Would like to hear back from someone on this matter sooner than later. Seems like a reply to make sure your reputation is seen in good faith ... Me saying my name doesn't help but me knowing I'm a client and experiencing the same as Steve and the rest who has complained isn't a great start and making the state fill more confident than your client is wrong

There are not enough kind words or praise for this law firm. No one ever wants to be in the position of needing an attorney, but if you should ever be in that position, please do yourself a favor and run, don’t walk, to this firm. Not all attorneys are equal. We found Katy and Andrea after making this incorrect assumption and paying another attorney. What we thought we were saving money wise, ended up almost blowing up in our faces and ended up costing us double what we were attempting to save! Andrea, who works with Katy is the absolute best. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she goes the extra mile to walk you through the entire process. Her combination of calming attitude, confident nature, and truthfulness is something rare. She knew and educated us on every single step before it happened. When the time came, I not only felt confident in our choices but I knew exactly what to expect- thanks to Andrea! I could go on all day about how much she believed in us, and how she knew our case inside out, and how she didn’t leave one stone unturned in making sure we had the very best case, but for me personally, it was how she made herself available to talk me off a ledge time and time again. There is so much waiting and unknown in this arena and yet she kept us sane. That in itself is a miracle. I will never begin to thank her enough. I'm a little late on the review, but Amanda Jones and Jen definitely had my back and got me the best out of a bad situation! Amanda didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but she told me the facts and didn't give up on my case. She went with the facts and fought for me and I'm forever grateful. Thank you so much!!!

I started working with the McShane Firm in 2021 after a marijuana related DUI and blood test refusal arrest, I was absolutely terrified as to how this was going to impact my life and career. There is no end to how much damage and destruction a shady, two-faced lawyer you think is working for you can do to you - especially if their own reputation and credibility is at stake. McShane is not the "biggest" or "best criminal defense firm". They may be the most expensive, but think long and hard and do some serious research before picking any lawyer BUT the McShane Firm. They are dishonest, sleazy, greedy and will not keep you informed or look out for your interests. They missed deadlines, lied, and could not care less about the outcome of a case or their client once they are paid in full. Negative reviews are much more believable than the positive ones. Search other sites and you'll see what I mean. Horror stories abound and hopefully this honest review will spare others from the same fate. RUN from this law firm as far and fast as you can.
