I became friends with Justin McShane almost 7 years ago. He is an excellent lawyer not only in the court room but outside. He gives a lot of himself in teaching other lawyers how to be better both in their knowledge of science and on how to present it in the courtroom. Best DUI Defense in PA Timothy Barrouk The McShane Firm I was falsely accused of Driving Under the Influence with Reckless Endangerment of my young son in my car. I was in jeopardy of losing custody of my only child. Thanks to Tim Barrouk, this tragedy was avoided. Tim strategically fought for me to convince the jurors that the Commonwealth's witnesses should not be believed. Tim used his experience to 'splain the truth to the jury.
