The McShane Firm is hands down the best criminal defense and DUI defense firm in Central PA. I have worked with them and have referred many others. They not only use the law but modern science and technology to resolve your case. Don't fall for the goofy commercials with catchy jingles!! These men and women are the ture professionals you not only want, but NEED on your side. 5 stars aren't enough!!

I have been dealing with my case for almost 2 years. It may seem like a long time but that is how the state is. It's a BIG waiting game. Half of the wait was not our fault. Amanda Jones has been there every step of the way assuring me everything would be okay. I was very young when this happened. I made the best decision hiring on Shawn Dorward. Unfortunately he no longer is working for the McShane firm and left in the middle of my case. However, Kaitlyn Clarkson almost immediately picked me right up and we got busy.She is very professional, very confident & knows what she is doing. For her to just randomly pick up my case and promise me since day 1 that I would be okay considering how serious my situation was.. I was shocked! Now moving forward with everything, still with Amanda, who is now working with Kaitlyn.. Everything is back to normal. My life is not on pause anymore. If I could give 10 stars I would. The McShane firm is highly recommended. They CARE. These 2 ladies changed my life and saved me!

Thomas Gerilamatos represented me in a matter before Adams county Court. I honestly chose him because he's younger and it was a pretty straightforward matter and his fee was the lowest at the firm. I suspect it won't be for a long time. The matter took place during the covid shutdowns, so there were lots of rescheduling and whatnot. He and his staff handled that beautifully and as far as the actual legal matter, he was very engaged, seemed to grasp the details and navigated my case very well. 5/5, would do again but hope to never need to.
