I had Miss. Kaitlyn as my attorney. I know she did the best job with my case and I know she cared about me and my case because when different situations came about I seen the care in her eyes, behind the tear's. That said care to me.

In December of 2017 I was pulled over By PSP For possibly a DUI. I was arrested and charged with it in the End. I hired an Attorney Downtown Harrisburg and consulted in their services, we went to local District justice and the guy they sent talked me into Pleading guilty with loss of license for 90 days Not knowing I would lose My CDL portion after that for a year and there was no way we could afford that and I didn't think it was right for me to look into it and find that out for a 1st offense and Clean record on my own. I contacted the Mcshane Law Firm and From the first phone call to Amanda and explained my cause, To Attorney Dorward Following up the next day and letting me know he could help me, I was very relieved to hear that. needless to say I let the other Attorney office know I no longer needed their services. I knew I found the Best with Shawn Dorward and his Team. I was Very Grateful he got it Reduced Down and off a DUI To a lesser charge, No loss of My CDL License, And no loss of employment. Jason is an amazing lawyer. He kept my mom out of jail and worked with us and the courts to make a very uncomfortable situation as tolerable as possible. His paralegal Nicole is also excellent and returns emails very quickly. Jason helped my mom so much in this very unfair situation, and I doubt things would have turned out well if it weren't for his interception. I highly recommend Jason. He truly works in his client's best interest and breaks down the legalities in layman's terms. As I said, Nicole will address any concerns you have as well very quickly. Great team to have on your side.

Do not hire this firm!!!! I cannot even express the horrible customer service and rudeness that we experienced during my husband's DUI. His attorney Jason wasn't even knowledgeable concerning the DUI process and filing, ect..causing my husband an EXTRA 30 DAYS incarceration due to his blunders; including misfiled paperwork. The office manager is unconcerned and smug, and if you attempt to contact Mcshane himself, you get nowhere, as we suppose he is too busy selling his firm on YouTube. They promise money back if you don't go to trial, but that is NOT TRUE. This firm is ALL about the money. Please look elsewhere and save yourself the extra money, time, and stress. Thanks. Update: Not long after I wrote this review I actually got a threatening phone call from the office manager, attempting to discredit our experience and this post, and actually SUE/bill us for our opinion. He stated by posting a review, you give them the right to discuss/rebute your case in this forum! Disturbing and unprofessional to say the least. Beware.

Recommended by my son, in which he represented for three consecutive DUIs. Shawn Dorward is a NOTABLE attorney of the McShane Firm. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my case. Shawn goes above and beyond expectations. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease during the process. Shawn and his paralegal, Amanda Jones are an exceptional team. They are prompt to answer any of your questions or concerns. He is a straight shooter and hard working attorney, extremely knowledgeable and takes all the avenues possible to defend you. Kaitlynn Carter was also a part of my defense, in which I was impressed with her performance at a moment's notice. I can't say enough about the three of these 3 team players of the McShane firm. Welll well I can finally say mcshane is awesome guy and he is beast all he want is his money and he would make miracle now he didn’t Represent me he represented my brother on a murder case I hire him god know I didn’t trust him every second I thought negative bout him they Convicted my brother third degree murder in I was so mad because he didn’t used all of the stuff he said he was going to do because he thought he won but when it was time for sentencing he made a dam miracle my brother got 9 to 22 year he did the dam thing and it you are looking for attorney in Harrisburg don’t look no where else but the mcshane flim Justin is the man down to Jason I would have the rest of my payment on November 15 y’all are amazing
